I've been a state certified foreign language correspondent since 1989 and have been translating and proofreading for about 20 years (with interruptions due to my three lovely kids).
Examples of my work:
Some years ago I translated manuals for a company that plans and builds sewage treatment plants.
This year I translated a novel (19th century) from German into English and I am currently working on a translation of a cozy crime from English into German.
I am fond of proofreading and I cannot stop myself from finding mistakes in menues, folders, newspapers, magazines, books, ...
During my free time, I give piano lessons and English/French lessons for pupils.
