BACKGROUND:

I am Indian born professional, resident in Andhra Pradesh for over 25 years. I have over 12 years of experience in translation both English to Telugu and vice-versa. I work well under strict time constraints and dead line-oriented situations. My work is of the highest quality, affordable and always delivered on schedule. When I take on an urgent job, I see it through to on-time completion. I have worked steadily with many agencies and research organizations as a Translator, Editor and Proofreader having large experience of work with many international organizations. I am a currentLocal Project Manager for France based medical research organization. Although my main expertise is freelance English to Telugu Medical translation, i have also translated, edited, proofread and validated many documents and texts relating to the following fields:

As a translator, I understand that for many clients these days, “impossible” time frames are the norm. At the pace business keeps these days, many clients need their documents translated yesterday, if not sooner. That’s where I come in. while I haven’t yet come up with away to send my translations back in time. I can promise that I dedicate my full energy to meeting even the most pressing deadlines.

I am a fully bilingual freelance Translator, Editor, Proofreader, Reviewer, Language Consultant, Linguistic Validator, Transcriber, Cross culture Assistant and Project Manager. I have been in this field managing the above said positions for more than 12 years. A good translation should clearly convey the meaning of the original text, read smoothly, user friendly and be free from spelling or grammatical errors.

Every completed translation that I do is thoroughly proofread and edited before delivering to the client. As outlined above, I attend to all kinds of translation requirements. I asses the required translation from submitted document, deliver them timely, meeting the deadlines. I always use common colloquial and corporate terminology. I hold specific skills and advanced certifications, excellent communication and computer skills. My core competencies are medical and technical – related texts. I have also worked in many other subject areas in the course of my career. My corporate clients and translation agencies are based in America, Canada, China, France, India and Spain.
