I'm working in a medical writing/translation company. I have about three years experience in Chinese-->English translation, mostly on medical/scientific articles from professors, pharmaceuticals, and hospital professions.
Pricing / Other services
I do Chinese to English translation better than English to Chinese, but I accept both kinds of cases. Depending on the content, I usually charge US$3-6 per 100 words. I also do listening-typing, I can type out the English or Chinese (Mandarin or Taiwanese) from a tape, DVD, VCD...etc. I charge US$1.5-2 per minute.
