Career / Experience

I am a professional, utterly devoted to what I do best - TRANSLATION. Growing as a bilingual (in Wollongong, Australia) and having a natural gift for languages and writing, I am not your translator by an accidental twist of fate. My entire life seems to revolve around it.

Today, I am a graduated translator from English and French into Macedonian and vice-versa from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Faculty of Philology "Blazje Koneski" in Skopje, Department of Translation and Interpreting (PIT).

During and after graduation in 2005, I started working as a translator, both independently (as a freelancer) and as an in-house translator for a translation agency, and afterwards for a publishing house. Through those experiences my skills have developed a great deal, in terms of the languages I work with and the terminology I have struggled with.

Therefore, I can say without hesitation that I have specialized in various fields such as law, economy, politics, government, business and most recently medicine, in which field I am highly specialized. For the past two and a half years I have focused on translating expert medical books in fields such as - public health, ophthalmology, endocrinology, hematology, physical medicine, and others. As an official court translator since 2007 (certified by the Ministry of Justice of R. Macedonia), I have translated a vast number of certificates, diplomas, contracts, court decisions and various other legal documents.

However, the time I spend on my professional development does not end there. I try to keep abreast of all there is to know, and all that is going on in the language industry. Currently, I am a postgraduate student of Conference Interpreting (University Ss. Cyril and Methodius), and working on my dissertation.
