University degree in English with specialisation as a translator. Experience as in-house translator since 1994, as a freelance translator since 1997. I am a sworn translator for English into Dutch and also a member of the Dutch translators organisation NGTV.
My specialisations are technical manuals and IT. I have extensive experience in translating English and German manuals for metal and wood working machinery (such as lathes, milling machines, band saws and grinders). In the field of IT, I have translated software manuals, help files, books from the Dummies series and numerous other books.
I have also written and edited Dutch IT-books for several publishers.

   Pricing / Other services

The standard rate for technical translations is 0.10 euro per word (source language), excl. VAT.
Please provide a sample of any text you wish to have translated (by fax or e-mail).
Translated texts can be delivered by e-mail (or downloaded via FTP) in various formats.
