At ALPR Translation Services, we are a team of highly qualified translators and interpreters with years of experience in the field. We pride ourselves on providing accurate and timely language services to our clients.
Our journey began with a dream and a passion to address our community's linguistic needs. We started by helping friends, family, and neighbors with their personal and business documents, whether it involved translation, editing, or proofreading. Our goal has always been to help them succeed by providing practical solutions.
With 20 years of experience in occupational medicine, court administration, and bilingual services at the Internal Revenue Service, as well as studies in computers and networks, we possess a unique advantage over other service providers.
Our experience in business management, military background, and studies in Religion, Chaplaincy, and Counseling have equipped us with valuable knowledge and expertise, enhancing our understanding of our clients' projects.

Pricing Rates for ALPR Translation Services
Translation and Linguistic Service Rates
Language pair: English to Spanish or Vice-versa (Including Language Varieties)

We base our rates on a 2000-Total-Word-Count Base Sample for Translation, Certified Translation services.
We base our rates on a 1500-Total-Word-Count Base Sample for Transcription (Monolingual, Bilingual) and Interpretation (Consecutive) services.
We base our rates on a 7000-Total-Word-Count Base Sample for Editing, Proofreading, Translation Review, Copywriting, and LQA Review services.

For our Translation (Regular, Certified), Editing, Proofreading, Copywriting, Translation Review, and LQA Review service rates, see below:
Average rates per word: $0.15/wd. The Standard Rate is usually $0.15/wd—$0.25/wd.
Average rates per hour: $25.00/hr. The Standard Rate is usually $25.00/hr—$35.00/hr.

For our Transcription (Monolingual, Bilingual) service rates, see below:
Average rates per word: $1.25/wd. The Standard Rate is usually $1.10/wd—$2.00/wd for monolingual and $2.00/wd. The Standard Rate is usually $1.75/wd—$2.50/wd for bilingual services.

Our hourly rates are $55.00/hr, per half-day: $300.00, and $650.00 per full-day.
