Request for simultaneous interpretation quotes from freelance translators / translation agencies

My mother in Tokyo needs to be interviewed by my famiy lawer in MA, if not over the phone, perhaps via skype. It would not require experiences in law. My mother speaks and understand English, but since it is about information that is used at court, it is better that she conveys information accurately. The conversation will probably not last for more than 30 mins. It will happen in Morning in EST, and Evening around 9 or 10 p.m. in Japan time.
