[Re-posting] Looking for game testers for longterm projects
My name is Alexandra, I’m a vendor manager of a games localization group. I specialize in games and multimedia, and I’m currently looking for game testers who would make a valuable addition to our great team.
Our company has been successfully handling videogame translations for over 10 years now. We work with all the main languages and our constant clients include Disney, Electronic Arts, Rovio and other notable names all over the world.
We are now looking for game tester for of our ongoing localization projects. These are hidden object puzzle games with lots of story text, and they run on a wide range of platforms, including PC, iPhone, iPad, etc. The game titles will be disclosed later on to successful candidates.
The games are already being tested by us, and we receive new builds for testing regularly, so you can expect to have a stable workload. All in all, I can say that games that we work on are quite enjoyable – there’s lots of dialog, texts are logically connected with each other, the stories are fun to follow, and there’s always feedback from the game devs in case we have questions. Everybody on our team is friendly and ready to help.
The project budget allows us to offer rates no higher than 10-12USD per hour, but we are ready for negotiations.
Our requirements include:
1. Experience in videogame/other testing.
3. Easy communication and availability.
4. Passion for games would be an added bonus!
