Potential Job (highly confidential, sensitive legal documents)
Are you a Legal translator looking for an opportunity with an experienced, innovative and supportive Language Service Provider?
We have recently won a contract to translate highly confidential, sensitive legal documents to be used in court as part of potential criminal proceedings.
We are looking for experienced Translators, Proof Readers and Post Editors who have experience within UK Government work. We are especially interested in working with specialist legal translators from the following source language into English;
Danish, Albanian, Swedish and Finnish
If you think you could assist with this work and meet the below criteria -
• A university degree or equivalent qualification
• Proven Translation experience.
• Have or be willing to obtain a criminal background check or alternative security clearance
• Have capacity to take on additional translation work
• Be willing to take an initial translation test piece
• Able to work with thebigword’s Translation Management System
• Linguist should be based in the EU or EEA country.
(Linguist should be EU or EEA Citizen)
