f) Pseudonymization
Pseudonymization is the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be assigned to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that this additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures that ensure that the personal data is not assigned to an identified or identifiable natural person.
g) Person responsible or person responsible for processing
Provider or controller is the natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data. j) Third party

The TRADUguide websites use cookies. Cookies are text files which are stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.
Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters through which Internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific Internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the visited Internet pages and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the person concerned from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A particular Internet browser can be recognized and identified by its unique cookie ID.
The use of cookies enables TRADUguide to provide users of this website with services that would not be possible without setting cookies.
The information and offers on our website can be optimized for the user by means of a cookie. Cookies enable us, as already mentioned, to recognize the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. TRADUguide uses the following cookies:
a) Session cookies
These are temporary cookies that persist only as long as the person concerned accesses the TRADUguide websites (or more precisely, until the person concerned closes their browser after visiting our website). Session cookies allow the website to store the preferences of the person concerned on the previous page. This makes a new entry unnecessary.
b) Tracking cookies
These are used to create meaningful reports on website traffic and use.
The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by the website of TRADUguide at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the person concerned deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our Internet site may be fully usable.
TRADUguide uses the following web services:
a) Use of Google Web Fonts
TRADUguide uses font libraries from Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) to display the contents of our Internet pages correctly and graphically appealing across all browsers. Google Web Fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the person's browser does not support Google Web Fonts or does not allow access, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
b) Google AdWords
TRADUguide uses Google Conversion Tracking. If the person concerned has reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will place a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when the person concerned clicks on an ad served by Google. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the affected person visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, TRADUguide and Google may recognize that the affected person clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers see the total number of people who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you will not receive any information that personally identifies the individuals concerned.
If a person concerned does not wish to participate in tracking, they can reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example via browser settings that generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies or set their browser so that cookies are blocked by the "googleleadservices.com" domain.
A person concerned may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as he does not wish measurement data to be recorded. If it has deleted all its cookies in the browser, it must set the respective opt-out cookie again.
c) Google AdSense
TRADUguide uses Google AdSense, an online advertising service from Google Inc. "("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on the computer of the person concerned and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including the IP address of the person concerned) and delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may be passed on by Google to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not merge the IP address of the person concerned with other data stored by you.
Users can prevent the installation of Google AdSense cookies in various ways:
1. by a corresponding setting of the browser software;
2. by deactivating interest-based ads on Google;
3. by deactivating the interest-based ads of providers that are part of the "About Ads" self-regulation campaign;
4. by permanent deactivation by a browser plug-in.
The settings under 2) and 3) are deleted when cookies are deleted in the browser settings.
For more information about privacy and cookies for advertising on Google AdSense, please refer to Google's privacy policy, especially the following links:

4. Collection of general data and information
The TRADUguide website collects a series of general data and information each time a person or an automated system accesses the website. This general data and information is stored in the log files of the server. It is possible to record (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (4) an Internet protocol address (IP address).
When using this general data and information, TRADUguide does not draw any conclusions about the person affected. Rather, this information is required in order (1) to correctly deliver the contents of our website, (2) to ensure the long-term functionality of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, and (3) to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for law enforcement on request. This anonymously collected data and information is evaluated by TRADUguide on the one hand statistically and on the other hand with the aim of increasing data protection and data security in our company, for example to uncover and analyse system weaknesses and their elimination, in order to ultimately ensure an optimal level of protection for the personal data processed by us. The anonymous data of the server log files are stored separately from all personal data provided by a person concerned.

You may revoke this consent at any time in the future by sending a written declaration to TRADUguide to the above address or e-mail address. In this case your user account will be deleted.
You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your passwords and your user account profile or registration data. In addition, it is your responsibility to verify that the personal information TRADUguide holds about you is accurate and up to date.

If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. Address data is included in the calculation of the score values. Further privacy information can be found in PayPal's privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

Such personal data voluntarily provided by a data subject to the controller will be stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the data subject. This personal data is not passed on to third parties.
The TRADUguide website offers the possibility to contact language service providers who have registered on the TRADUguide website via an electronic contact form. If a person uses the contact form to contact the LSP concerned, the personal data voluntarily provided by the person concerned will be automatically stored for the purpose of contacting the LSP concerned and passed on to the LSP. The data passed on result from the respective input mask.
8. Routine deletion and blocking of personal data
The controller processes and stores the personal data of the data subject only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the data retention or where this has been provided for by the European regulator or other legislator in laws or regulations to which the controller is subject.
If the storage purpose is not fulfilled or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directive and Regulation Giver or another competent legislator expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted routinely and in accordance with the statutory provisions.
9. Rights of the person concerned
a) Right to confirmation
Any data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to require the controller to confirm whether personal data concerning him/her are processed. If a person concerned wishes to make use of this right of confirmation, he can contact TRADUguide at any time.
b) Right to information
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the European legislator of directives and regulations to obtain, at any time and free of charge, from the controller information on the personal data relating to him/her stored and a copy of that information. Furthermore, the European regulator has granted the data subject access to the following information:
The data subject is also entitled to information on whether personal data has been transferred to a third country or an international organisation. If this is the case, the data subject also has the right to obtain information on the appropriate guarantees in connection with the transfer.
If a person concerned wishes to make use of this right of information, he can contact TRADUguide at any time.
c) Right to correction
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her. Furthermore, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary declaration.
If a person concerned wishes to make use of this right of correction, they can contact TRADUguide at any time.
d) Right to cancellation (right to be forgotten)
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the European legislator to require the data controller to delete personal data concerning him/her immediately, provided that one of the following reasons applies and the processing is not necessary:
The personal data of TRADUguide has been made public and is TRADUguide as person responsible pursuant to Art. 17 para. 1 DSGVO, TRADUguide shall take appropriate measures, including technical measures, taking into account available technology and implementation costs, to inform other data processors who process the published personal data, that the data subject has requested the deletion of all links to such personal data or of copies or replications of such personal data from those other data processors, where processing is not necessary. TRADUguide will do what is necessary in individual cases.
e) Right to limitation of processing
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator to require the controller to restrict the processing if one of the following conditions is met:
If one of the above conditions is met and a person concerned wishes to request the restriction of personal data stored by TRADUguide, they can contact TRADUguide at any time. TRADUguide will cause the processing to be restricted.
f) Right to data transferability
Any data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to receive in a structured, current and machine-readable format the personal data concerning him/her that have been provided by the data subject to a controller. It shall also have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without obstruction by the controller to whom the personal data have been made available, provided that the processing is based on the consent provided for in Article 6(1)(a) DS GMO or Article 9(2)(a) DS GMO or on a contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) DS GMO and that the processing is carried out using automated procedures, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority conferred on the data controller.
Furthermore, in exercising his right to data transferability pursuant to Art. 20 para. 1 DSGVO, the data subject has the right to have the personal data transferred directly by a data controller to another data controller, provided this is technically feasible and provided that the rights and freedoms of other persons are not affected thereby.
The person concerned may contact TRADUguide at any time to assert the right to data transferability.
g) Right to object
Any data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the DSGVO for reasons arising from his particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions.
TRADUguide will no longer process personal data in the event of an objection, unless we can prove compelling grounds for processing that outweigh the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Processes TRADUguide personal data for direct marketing purposes, the person concerned has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for such advertising purposes. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct advertising. If the person concerned objects to TRADUguide processing for direct marketing purposes, TRADUguide will no longer process the personal data for these purposes.
h) Automated decisions in individual cases including profiling
Any person data subject to the processing of personal data shall have the right granted by the European regulator and directive not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which has legal effect or similarly significantly affects him or her, provided that the decision (1) is not necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the data controller, or (2) is admissible under Union or Member State law to which the data controller is subject and that such law contains appropriate measures to safeguard the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject, or (3) with the express consent of the data subject.
If the decision (1) is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract between the data subject and the data controller or (2) is taken with the express consent of the data subject, TRADUguide takes appropriate measures to safeguard the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject, including at least the right to obtain the intervention of a person by the data controller, to state his own position and to challenge the decision.
If the person concerned wishes to assert rights with regard to automated decisions, he/she can contact TRADUguide at any time.
i) Right to revoke consent under data protection law
Any person concerned by the processing of personal data has the right granted by the European legislator to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
If the person concerned wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal of consent, he/she can contact TRADUguide at any time.
Art. 6 I lit. a DSGVO serves our company as a legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, as is the case, for example, with processing operations necessary for the provision of another service or consideration, the processing is based on Article 6 I(b) DSGVO. The same applies to such processing processes that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, for example in cases of enquiries about our services. If our company is subject to a legal obligation requiring the processing of personal data, for example to fulfil tax obligations, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. c DSGVO. In rare cases, the processing of personal data may become necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person. This would be the case, for example, if a visitor were injured in our office and his name, age, health insurance data or other vital information had to be passed on to a doctor, hospital or other third parties. The processing would then be based on Art. 6 I lit. d DSGVO. Ultimately, processing operations could be based on Art. 6 I lit. f DSGVO. Processing operations which are not covered by any of the aforementioned legal bases are based on this legal basis if processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of TRADUguide or a third party, provided that the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail. Such processing procedures are permitted to us in particular because they have been specifically mentioned by the European legislator. In this respect, it took the view that a legitimate interest could be assumed if the person concerned is a customer of the person responsible (recital 47, second sentence, DSGVO).
11. Duration for which personal data is stored
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After the expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.
We inform you that the provision of personal data is partly required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or may also result from contractual regulations (e.g. information on the contractual partner). In some cases, it may be necessary for a contract to be concluded if a data subject provides us with personal data which must subsequently be processed by us. For example, the person concerned is obliged to provide us with personal data if TRADUguide concludes a contract with him or her. Failure to provide personal data would mean that the contract with the data subject could not be concluded. Before the data subject provides personal data, the data subject must contact TRADUguide. TRADUguide informs the data subject on a case-by-case basis whether the provision of personal data is required by law, contract or contract, whether there is an obligation to provide the personal data and what consequences the failure to provide the personal data would have.
13. Existence of automated decision making
As a responsible company, we do without automatic decision making or profiling.
