Ahyan/ahyanit is Hebrew for nephew/neice, not cousin. However the originally proposed phrased can be streamlined by wording it "...shel ben-dodi/bat dodati." Also, "birthday" is "yom huledet," not "holedet." In case you need it in Hebrew letters: יום הולדת שמח מיטב האיחולים ליום ההולדת הראשון של בן דודי/בת דודתי congratulations Gideon Remez
