Tout comme dans "hedgehog", qui se traduit habituellement par "h�risson" ou "porc-�pic", "hedge" voudrait dire, par extension, "�pine" ou "pointe".

"roundhedged" signifierait donc "� pointes rondes" ou "� pointes arrondies". Les dents de la scie seraient arrondies au lieu d'�tre ac�r�es.
