Rosa (a guest user) asked this question:

Language pair:

French > English

Subject:

Medical

Level of diffculty:

Easy / medium

Word or term in question:

service post-éveil

Context:

in a hospital - is this a post-recovery ward??

The answer of CMD  See profile was rated best

Post-awakening Ward

My comment:

NB ad Service éveil vs. service post-éveil (!) -> cf " Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier https://medecine.univ-tlse3.fr › medias › fichier PDF " [ibid. p.43]

PS: PACU (post-anesthesia care unit) or to PAR ( post-anesthesia recovery) = often simply Recovery -> Recovery Room = postoperative monitoring of patients by certified medical staff
